We are authorised retailers for all products listed on our website. All products are genuine and procured either directly from the manufacturer; or through their respective authorised distribution channels. All warranties will be honoured by the respective original manufacturer appointed local distributors and service centres in accordance with their terms & conditions.You will be required to produce your purchase receipt from SeeHearLive Pte Ltd when making a warranty claim.

Sure! You should state the delivery contact & address to be shipped to as different from the billing party. It is important to include the phone number of the person you are intending to deliver the order to ensure timely delivery.

We accept VISA/Mastercard, bank transfer & all payment transactions made through paypal. We also accept payment through fund transfer from banks based in Singapore. Instructions and account details will be provided at the checkout page.

We DO NOT accept Cash on Delivery as payment.

We DO NOT accept responsibility for commissions, foreign exchange fees or any other transaction fees including from the bank or paypal.

Product prices displayed include 7% GST for deliveries to Singapore.

If you are a foreign national intending to self-collect your order we may issue an eTRS transaction and purchase invoice. You will then be able to claim GST refund upon departing from Changi or Seletar airport. Terms and Conditions apply in accordance with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore Tourist Refund Scheme. GST refund is not available for online sales delivered to a Singapore address.
